This Pro-Life Month, we are asking you not only to speak boldly for the sanctity of human life, but also to stand with us as we defend those who work tirelessly to provide life-affirming care to women and their unborn children. On January 29th, an important hearing will take place in our case, Your Options Medical v. Healey, a pivotal moment in the fight to protect pregnancy resource centers in Massachusetts.
In August 2024, in partnership with the American Center for Law and Justice, we filed a federal lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, challenging an unconstitutional and ideologically driven campaign aimed at silencing pro-life pregnancy resource centers. The lawsuit alleges that state officials, under the direction of Maura Healey, abused their authority to target organizations solely because they offer women real choices rooted in compassion, truth, and life.
These centers exist to support women in vulnerable moments with medical care, counseling, and practical resources—not politics. Yet the state has worked hand-in-hand with the abortion lobby to discredit and intimidate them, engaging in blatant viewpoint discrimination that threatens not only pro-life ministries but fundamental constitutional freedoms.

Defending life means defending those who courageously serve mothers and babies, even in the face of hostility.
