Massachusetts Liberty Legal Center exists to promote a culture in which free speech is respected, religious liberty is cherished, and families thrive in the Commonwealth.
About Us
As a public interest law center, Massachusetts Liberty Legal Center provides pro bono representation to defend the rights of Massachusetts citizens and advance constitutional liberties in the Commonwealth. MLLC defends free speech, religious liberty, and parental rights, and advocates for equal protection under the law for all.
We will partner with people of all faiths or none to defend constitutional rights and enable Massachusetts communities to flourish.
Founded in 2024, MLLC is an initiative of Massachusetts Family Institute, a non-partisan public policy organization dedicated to strengthening families and communities in Massachusetts.
